Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Specialty Developer IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate: Starting from $84 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday-Friday; core business hours

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for leading technical aspects of project from inception through to deployment Participate in analysis and system design specification sessions Documentation of design options and solutions according to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology Experience & Qualification Requirements: 8-10 years of experience is required Technical knowledge or experience of Cloud environments (MS Azure) as well as experience with Data Management and Analytics Strong technical knowledge and experience with: PySpark, SQL, Tableau and Power BI Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs Experienced with Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Algorithm Development, Automation, Data Visualization, Simulation Reading and comprehending data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams and other technical documentation as well as writing documentation Databricks experience Unity Catalog experience Synapse experience Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Strong statistical and analytical skills as well as a passion for analytics are necessary Banking experience Project Management experience How to Apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
