Coordinator, Media Sales and Brand Integration
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Coordinator, Media Sales to join our team.
This role will be an integral part of the team, supporting Sales with the execution and delivery of broadcast, digital and print campaigns.
The ideal candidate is extremely well-organized, self-motivated, and savvy in both traditional and digital media. We seek a team player who embodies our core values: optimism, creativity, entrepreneurism, agility, and integrity.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 per year, with final compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
Core Responsibilities & Duties
Campaign Management & Execution
- Contract Management: Maintain, prepare, and manage contracts and schedule changes in Broadview and Broadview Sales
- Reporting: Manage and provide pre/post logs and perform post-analysis on advertiser campaigns
- Execution: Assist the sales team with avails checks, NA replacements, proposal management and bonus fulfillment
Sales Support and Administration
- Sales Collateral: Assist Account Executives with the creation of bookings, pitches, decks, and marketing materials
- Financial Coordination: Assist with invoicing and work closely with Ad Ops and Finance to ensure campaign invoices are processed accurately
- Records Maintenance: Update client records, pending avails, and generate weekly sales/delivery reports
- Integrated Production: Work with Project Managers and Producers to execute integrated campaigns
- Sales Support: Support team with organizing lunch and learns, maintaining and distributing marketing materials and other general support tasks
Client and Internal Relations
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain client relationships, including attending occasional meetings and presentations
- Inter-departmental Liaison: Maintain efficient working relationships with Ad Ops and other internal groups
- Client Needs: Understand and manage specific client needs, including program restrictions and core buying demos
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma, degree, or post-grad certification in Media or Advertising is an asset
- 1-3 years in a broadcast or media sales supporting role (agency or vendor experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the broadcast sales cycle and drivers (CPMs, GRPs, AMA, etc.) as well as digital media ad operations
- Confident user of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Ad Manager 360 and Google Analytics is a strong asset
- Familiarity with a broadcast software system
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage a high volume of bookings under tight deadlines
