What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to our IAM services, including Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, and ServiceNow. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, analysis of business requirements, and implementation of IAM solutions to meet organizational goals.
What will you do?
- Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goals
- Collaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding
- Facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review with large and diverse groups
- Analyze and document business and system solution requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodology
- Participate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and execution
- Identify and report security risks in accordance with organizational standards
- Implement solutions to improve onboarding process efficiency
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (Sailpoint IIQ, Entra ID, CyberArk, ServiceNow)
- Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversight
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of various technology platforms and applications (LDAP, Active Directory, ZVM, Entra ID, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Entra ID authentication and protocols (SAML, OAUTH), SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, MFA
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management
- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Computer Engineering, or IT
