Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Remote | Full-time or Part-time

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars. Organize and maintain digital or physical files and records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and office management tasks. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners. Handle confidential information with integrity. Provide general administrative support to management and team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
