What the job involves
- Cohere seeks a dynamic Human Resources Specialist to support our global workforce and drive exceptional employee experiences
- In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our People Operations team, building seamless processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, and solving complex challenges for our employees worldwide
- Be the go-to resource for employees and contractor employees globally, addressing inquiries with empathy, discretion, and actionable solutions
- Administer and optimize Cohere’s global employee benefits programs
- Support Cohere’s new employee onboarding program
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data in all systems (i.e. BambooHR), ensuring integrity across payroll, reporting, and compliance workflows
- Develop and deliver impactful programs from benefits refreshers to "lunch & learns"
- Serve as the primary liaison with our Employer of Record (EOR) provider and global legal and payroll teams, ensuring alignment on immigration, compliance, and cross-border employment matters
- Administer Cohere’s global immigration program, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate legal requirements and support talent mobility
