The successful candidate will join their team in Québec City or Lévis.

Tasks

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Calculate dimensions and measure components to be welded.
• Perform welding tasks using the appropriate equipment based on the project.
• Assess the quality of completed welds (visual appearance, consistency, absence of visible defects) and conduct dimensional and visual inspections.
• Produce parts, components, and tools according to specifications.
• Complete welding tasks within the established project deadlines.
• Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

• Vocational training in welding and fitting (DEP) or any other recognized equivalent certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Significant experience in TIG welding or equivalent experience in other welding processes.
• Ability to work in challenging environments (awkward positions, confined spaces, at heights).
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy metal parts.
• Understanding and adherence to safety procedures.
