Rôles Clés, Travail, Responsabilités

  • Générez de nouvelles ventes auprès des clients existants
  • Gagner de nouveaux clients conformément à la stratégie régionale et aux plans de croissance du secteur
  • Fournir une maintenance préventive, un service d'urgence et un support d'installation selon les besoins sur le territoire
  • Développer des DSR chez les distributeurs WW/L assignés

  • Gérer le budget des dépenses du territoire
  • Exécuter le plan de support pour les comptes mondiaux et nationaux sur le territoire de vente selon les besoins
  • Fournir des performances financières pour le territoire de vente

  • Fournir une contribution à l'entonnoir de développement de l'innovation
  • Fournir des informations sur les prévisions au directeur de district pour les distributeurs et les comptes affectés

Key Roles, Work, Accountabilities

  • Drive new sales from existing customers
  • Gain new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans
  • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed within territory
  • Develop DSRs at assigned WW/L distributors
  • Implement the sales funnel in the Salesforce platform
  • Manage territory expense budget
  • Execute support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed
  • Deliver financial performance for sales territory
  • Develop margin improvement plans for territory
  • Provide input to innovation development funnel
  • Provide forecast input to District Manager for assigned distributors and accounts
  • Engage and train key customer teams within territory
  • Assist sectors on national program rollouts
  • Launch new products and promotions to assigned end user accounts
  • End user sales calls with sector teams

Desired Experience

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • B2B sales experience is a plus
  • Distribution expertise is a plus
  • Technical support skills for Ware Washing and Laundry systems
  • Floor care experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
