Job Overview The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing effective digital campaigns through an assigned channel to enhance the organization's online presence. The role is focused on communicating fitness as a meaningful career and the role canfitpro plays in empowering healthier lives through fitness, creating positive, lasting impact among target audiences. Collaborating with various departments, developing on brand copy, managing digital campaign calendars, and utilizing data analysis to optimize performance are integral to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities Digital Content Creation & Campaign Execution (Copywriting, Content development, brand alignment, and campaign delivery) Develop compelling copy for digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and tone Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms Manage and deploy paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing Build, test, and launch email campaigns within CRM Dynamics, ensuring mobile-friendly and engaging design Collaborates with Marketing Manager to review current trends, manage brand reputation, and coordinate actions Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to extend reach, drive engagement, and support campaign objectives Partner with Graphic Designers to create high-quality, on-brand digital assets 2. Digital Channel Management & Performance Optimization (Content planning, analytics, and customer journey development) Develop and manage integrated content calendars across social, email, and blog channels Analyze and efficiently record channel performance and generate insights to optimize reach, engagement and conversion Build and maintain customer journeys and segmentation strategies within CRM Dynamics Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with product launches and strategic priorities Monitor audience sentiments, provide support to current and prospective customers and problem solve gathering necessary information while formulating appropriate resolutions Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration (Project execution, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination) Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables Support execution of campaigns that drive onboarding, engagement, and retention Manage email lists, segmentation, and data integrity to support campaign effectiveness Communication/Business Relationships Internal (within the Organization) Contacts: Management Team & All Staff Purpose of Communication: Marketing Campaign updates and sharing of creative assets External (outside the Organization) Contacts: Third party vendors/Partners Purpose of Communication: Information gathering and sharing of marketing insights Minimum Required: College or University Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Advertising, ora related field Preferred: Specialization or coursework in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Strategy Certifications in digital marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent) Work Experience Minimum Required: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications Hands-on experience executing social media and/or email marketing campaigns Experience creating content (copywriting) for digital channels Preferred: Experience managing or supporting paid digital campaigns (social and/or email) Experience collaborating with influencers, brand partners, or external vendors Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce) Experience in health, fitness, or lifestyle brands Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Minimum Required: Strong written communication and copywriting skills with high attention to detail (grammar, tone, accuracy) Working knowledge of social media platforms, email platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite) understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign execution Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights) to track performance Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Canva, Capcut or similar tools for content creation Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate feedback Preferred: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, journey building, and deliverability Experience with paid media optimization, including A/B testing and audience segmentation Familiarity with design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro) Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into campaign improvements Core Competencies Planning: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects and sets objectives and goals.
