Bartender
This is a seasonal position running from April 6 to September 30, 2026.
As a Bartender, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. From crafting classic cocktails to recommending beverages and engaging with guests, your professionalism, efficiency, and personality help deliver a memorable experience every time.
This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. As aBartenderyou will:
-Deliver Exceptional Beverage Service– Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards while ensuring quality and consistency in every drink.
-Create a Welcoming Bar Experience– Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions about menu offerings, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
-Master the Menu & Beverage Knowledge– Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, daily specials, and current beverage trends to confidently guide guests and support revenue through thoughtful suggestions.
-Maintain Bar Organization & Cleanliness– Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized at all times. Prepare garnishes, wash glassware, and complete opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Promote Responsible & Professional Service– Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all liquor laws, safety policies, and hotel service standards.
-Handle Transactions Accurately– Process cash, credit card, and room charge payments accurately while maintaining proper records and completing end-of-shift cash outs and reports.
Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Minimum 1–2 years bartending or food & beverage service experience preferred
-
Serve Right certification required
-
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar service standards
-
Excellent guest service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Additional Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
-
Complete opening and closing bar duties including restocking and cleaning
-
Maintain full knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel promotions
-
Process guest payments including cash, credit cards, and room charges
-
Monitor guests for intoxication and ensure responsible alcohol service
-
Wash glassware and maintain sanitary bar and service areas
-
Maintain accurate records of sales and complete daily cash-out reports
-
Assist with table service when required within the lounge or bar area
-
Maintain bar inventory levels and complete beverage requisitions as needed
-
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
-
Perform other duties as assigned
