Position Title: Dining Room Server - Part Time Term Position until end of December 31, 2025 with possibility of extension
Department: Food and Beverage (F&B)
Location: Abrio Place
Reports To: Head Cook (Chef)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM - 7 PM

Position Summary:
The Dining Room Server is responsible for assisting in the coordination of kitchen and dining room operations.
This role plays a vital part in the lodge dining experience and is responsible for serving diners, and maintaining the dining room.
The Dining Room Server will also assist with other cleaning tasks and support the food and beverage staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving diners:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all diners throughout the dining experience.
- Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure proper sanitation of dishwashing equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Waste Management:
- Dispose of garbage regularly and maintain cleanliness of refuse areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick-up areas.
- Kitchen Assistance:
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation when necessary.
- Help with the cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces.
- Ensure the kitchen and dining room are is stocked with required supplies at all times.
- Maintenance:
- Regularly check and maintain required machinery and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations is a plus.
