As a Project Manager within the Information Systems team at STEMCELL Technologies, you will work with high visibility to build relationships and drive value to the business. Working closely with external and internal stakeholders, you’ll use your leadership skills within cross-functional teams to complete projects ranging from infrastructure and cybersecurity to system implementations and business transformation.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and manage projects from initiation through delivery that achieve meaningful business outcomes. Balance scope, schedule, and cost with the flexibility to adapt to new insights and changing priorities.
- Organize, guide, and motivate teams across disciplines, resolving issues and removing obstacles to maintain momentum and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to explore user needs, test assumptions, and use data and feedback to inform design and delivery decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with executive sponsors, business owners, and change leaders to maintain effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure shared understanding and timely decision-making.
- Capture lessons learned, measure performance, and contribute to the evolution of project management standards, tools, and practices that strengthen STEMCELL’s overall delivery capability.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and reporting
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain progress across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, especially with Senior and Executive Leadership
- Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM) and/ or Change Management (PROSCI) are considered assets

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$81,700.00 - $122,500.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
