We've got the perfect Junior Operations Associate position for you. We're an audiobook service with some killer apps and an expansive library that offers our customers millions of hours of listening. We're looking for someone to help us process books for our growing library and be a rock-solid team player. If you love to read or listen to books, this could be the perfect job for you!
You'll be working with our operations team to:

Process audio and metadata files for incoming content

Ensure quality content for customers & solve issues with product files
-
Maintain an extensive inventory list

Take on new tasks & responsibilities as your role evolves
What you'll need:

Strong initiative and motivation with an unbeatable work ethic

Ability to juggle a lot of tasks with strong attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team, but no trouble directing yourself when flying solo

Must be very organized and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Working with Us:
At Audiobooks.com, you'll never feel tied to your desk. We employ a hybrid work policy, working 3 days of the week from home (Tuesdays & Thursdays in office). We've got two stories of really bright, open space in a great location that's just a 10-minute walk from Appleby GO Station, and we offer free parking. We provide our employees with healthy snacks, full benefits, and an unlimited paid vacation policy. Our close-knit group runs a ping-pong league, a book club, and frequent lunch outings for our resident foodies.
