A career as a Martech Senior Advisor on the Marketing Transformation team at National Bank means acting as a technology activation specialist in marketing. This position will allow you to have a positive impact by promoting better use of our Martech ecosystem while supporting teams in their digital transformation.
Your job
- Work with the Marketing and it teams to implement data-driven strategies
- Help implement innovative technological marketing solutions
- Support partners in managing change and adopting tools
- Optimize the use of platforms by focusing on best practises the industry
- Contribute to the evolution of processes to maximise the impact of marketing technologies
- Actively monitor trends and Martech tools.
Your team
Vice-President – Marketing is made up of more than 100 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
You are part of a large team of·digital enthusiasts in the Marketing Transformation sector and will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. Our team stands out for its drive, curiosity and spirit of collaboration. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible and adaptable schedule.

Tools such as the Data Academy, Language Training, Harvard Learning Centre and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at any time.
Prerequisites
- 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Adobe (AEP and CDP)
- Excellent ability to adapt quickly to new SaaS platforms
- Ease of explaining influence and demonstrate leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good stakeholder management.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
