Overview of the Role

Be part of our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract and hire outstanding talent for our plants and warehouses across Canada!

In this internship, you will gain real recruiting experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will help support the delivery of an exceptional candidate focused experience that reflects who we are.

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Support building sourcing strategies, strategic partnerships, and talent pipelines for key positions across Canada ;
  • Support high volume recruitment: screen applications, conduct phone and Teams interviews, complete reference checks, and coordinate preemployment steps ;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including helping to evaluate digital and AI based recruitment tools, presenting insights, and helping implement innovative solutions ;
  • Support creating and updating clear, inclusive, and engaging job postings, post positions on various sites and ensure high visibility  ;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR partners and hiring managers.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Commerce, or a related field (minimum 2nd year completed);
  • A strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and human relations ;
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and curiosity  ;
  • Energetic, autonomous, and results driven  ;
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities ;
  • Confident using digital platforms and comfortable leveraging AI powered tools to support recruitment activities  ;
  • Bilingual: as part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Canada.
