Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual HR Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Manager will manage employee relations, oversee HR policies and procedures, facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, oversee and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, training and development, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- 3 + years experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and payroll
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Skills in performance management and training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work hybrid
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certifications are a plus
