NOTE: Only candidates with an accounting background, from the USA and Canada with capital-raising experience will be considered.

We have already helped 1.8 million individuals in the last 7 years, and our goal is to take our business globally. Our addressable market is over 1 Billion people around the world.
The Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for preparing the company for investment and developing the capital-raising strategy for Life & Me (https://lifeand.me/). We are seeking a finance professional with a strong accounting background to oversee financial reporting, ensure the integrity of our books, and support investor-readiness initiatives. This is a part-time, fractional leadership role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate. Cultural fit, alignment with our mission, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment are highly important to us.
Scope: We need an experienced CFO to get the company investor ready and define and drive the capital-raising strategy for https://lifeand.me/. The first goal is to finalize our five-year forecasts and financial goals. We are looking for someone who understands the capital raising sector intimately. Someone who can benchmark and set Investment Readiness Levels for the company as we engage in each funding round.
