Office Administrator - Ottawa
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Office Administrator to join our summer camp administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations,, maintaining student files, scanning and supporting staff with clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
Duties:
maintains daily sign in & out sheets for campers, staff & volunteers. makes sure proper documentation is performed and maintained (consent forms, incident reports etc) attend to financial billing, payments & receipts as needed. maintain budget and inventory of the camp supplies and resources. makes sure no one enters the classes other than authorizes personnel (kids, staff and authorized guests only) helps with marketing ( campaigns creation, advertising ) other tasks as needed
