We’re currently looking for aLot Manager / Shuttle Driverto join our Penticton Kia team. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to keep things organized and moving efficiently, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Maintain organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently
- Shuttle customers and staff between locations in a safe, courteous, and professional manner
- Assist with vehicle movement, including deliveries, trades, and internal transfers
- Conduct quick visual checks to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready when needed
- Support the sales and service teams by keeping the lot well-presented and operationally efficient
Performance Essentials
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks
- Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and reliability
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles in different conditions
- Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
