About the role
D365 (F&O) FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT/BA
CONTRACT-12 Month engagement(extensions) LOCATION- TORONTO
MANDATE As the D365 Functional Lead, you will focus on the software development lifecycle for D365 POS/F&O and AX2012 ERP within the business solutions arena and partner management for third party application support.
Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for the D365 and AX2012 application landscape within the Finance, Logistics and Retail Solutions space. Drive technical changes throughout execution, in addition to supporting the successful delivery of the technical aspect of projects throughout their lifecycle. Work collaboratively on highly complex technical challenges with support from internal and external Subject Matter Experts from business and IT. Work with Global, Regional and Local teams to ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met for each solution.
YOUR CORE EXPERTISE
Possess in-depth, direct experience in Point of Sale (POS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, and integration between multiple systems.
Exceptional understanding of key business processes in supply chain management, finance, retail, and sales.
Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and AX2012 Previous background in D365 application service delivery and/or functional consulting, providing a deep understanding of supply chain and operations, finance, retail, and sales business processes, preferably in a luxury or retail industry setting. Strong understanding of systems integrations and architecture, and EDI. Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and release management processes. Azure DevOps Due to the overwhelming volume of responses, we cannot respond to everyone, only those applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
