Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive measurable revenue and leasing performance.
- Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Build strong B2B relationships with property owners, developers, and institutional partners.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure team performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns that drive meaningful growth.
- Serve as strategic advisor to the President, influencing major business decisions.
- Manage a team of approximately five sales and marketing professionals.
Who You Are
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with 7+ years of progressive experience and at least 3 years in sales leadership.
- Experienced in real estate, leasing, property management, or related fields.
- A strong relationship builder with a proven track record of acquiring and growing B2B accounts.
- A leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and inspire a team.
- Highly data-driven, KPI-focused, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Hands-on, willing to spend approximately 50% of your time in direct field sales.
- Confident in revenue forecasting, CRM usage, and performance reporting.
- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
