Role & Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate information and high satisfaction. • Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintaining a positive brand image. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems and provide feedback for continuous service improvement. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline communication and solve customer challenges. • Adhere to established protocols and quality standards while delivering consistent and dependable support. • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Compensation and Payment Terms • $30 CAD per hour, paid daily at the end of each workday.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: • Good communication skills with both verbal and written proficiency. • Good problem-solving capabilities to navigate and resolve diverse customer issues. • Basic computer skills. Preferred: • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, especially in a remote setting. • Experience serving a diverse Canadian customer base. • Familiarity with multi-channel support platforms and remote working tools.
