About the role
What we are looking for:
Attending physicians, final-year residents, fellows, or board-eligible recent graduates Current, active, unrestricted medical license Strong clinical reasoning and ability to write clear medical explanations Experience in any medical specialty, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Surgery, ENT, PM&R, Pain Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and other specialties Interest in evaluating AI-generated medical responses against evidence-based standards Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
What you will be doing:
Creating realistic clinical scenarios and medical reasoning prompts Writing high-quality reference answers at physician-level quality Reviewing and grading AI-generated medical responses using structured rubrics Checking whether model responses are clinically accurate, safe, and aligned with evidence-based care Providing written feedback that helps improve frontier AI models in healthcare reasoning Participating in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions when required
Payment:
Current payrate will be $180 per hour.
