About the role
Headquartered in North York, ON, with employees in Canada, the US, China and India, NewAge is an industry- leading manufacturer and distributor of premium home improvement solutions.
Our products are sold through major online retailers such as Lowes, The Home Depot, Costco, Amazon, and Wayfair as well as our own e-commerce site. But what makes us unique is that we provide a truly cohesive customer experience, from free expert assistance designing and planning new spaces to delivery and professional installation.
Our collaborative, inclusive team atmosphere nurtures personal growth, career advancement and job satisfaction, as evidenced by our certification as a Great Place to Work in Canada.
With tremendous pride, we continue to receive a growing number of industry accolades including over 75 unique product patents, awards for our team of expert designers, prominent ranking on the Profit 500 list of Canada’s fastest growing companies, and the naming of our founders to the Top 40 under 40 in Canada by BNN Bloomberg.
We are also proud to be the official jersey emblem partner of the New Orleans Pelicans and have forged strategic partnerships with USA Hockey and Habitat for Humanity. These partnerships reflect our passion for teamwork, excellence, and community involvement.

We’re building a profitable, low-overhead, high-potential business model for franchise partners who want to grow a resilient installation and services business using our premium product lines.
Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Franchising will be responsible for executing our franchise expansion plan, leading franchise recruitment and sales, onboarding new partners, ensuring strong operational performance, and feeding real-world learnings back into the strategy. This is a strategic + tactical role: early on, this leader will roll up their sleeves and personally drive franchise sales and onboarding, before eventually building out a small, high-performing team.

- Equip franchisees with marketing collateral, pricing tools, and playbooks to drive local growth.
- Identify and eliminate operational roadblocks that could hinder franchisee success.
- Partner with legal counsel to manage franchise agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Provide structured feedback loops to improve performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Serve as the bridge between franchisees and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Strategic Feedback & Growth Planning
- Bring real-world insights back to leadership to refine the franchise model and expansion plans.
- Recommend adjustments to sales tactics, onboarding, and operational support based on field learnings.
- Develop a phased hiring plan to build out a lean, effective franchise development team over time.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
