We’re looking for a motivated student to join our team and take on exciting projects. As an M&A Analyst intern, you will support the M&A team in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities across the gaming and entertainment ecosystem. This internship is ideal for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in corporate development, financial analysis, and deal execution within a dynamic and creative industry.

In this role you will :

  • Assist in building financial models and preparing valuation summaries under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help compile data and materials for internal presentations, investment memos, and deal reviews.
  • Support due diligence efforts by organizing documentation, summarizing findings, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Help maintain data rooms and track deliverables across workstreams.
  • Maintain deal trackers, timelines, and status reports. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussion points.
  • Conduct research on potential acquisition targets, including game studios, content platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Track industry trends, user engagement metrics, and competitive developments.
  • Participate in team meetings to build understanding of M&A processes and gain exposure to valuation techniques, deal structuring, and integration planning.

What we're looking for :

  • Master’s degree (or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Internship or coursework in corporate finance, strategy, private equity or investment banking preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Interest and exposure to gaming and entertainment sector is a plus.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
