Your future role on our team
You’ll report to the Product Manager, Digital Work Environment, and will help improve the user experience by optimizing collaboration tools and electronic content management. You’ll also handle daily activities involved in supporting, analyzing and configuring systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with various stakeholders across the firm, your team members and other IT teams (development, business intelligence, infrastructure and the Halo Service Centre).

Identify, define, analyze and document business needs for various digital tools used by internal clients

Conduct benchmarking analyses of technological tools and software solutions

Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve the user experience

Configure applications to meet business needs and processes

Ensure standard practices and procedures are applied when analyzing, documenting and configuring solutions

Establish and perform unit and acceptance tests, coordinate testing with super users and get their feedback before and after rollout

Prepare training material and help with training activities for super users, where required

Help develop and implement information governance practices

Analyze and configure electronic document management (EDM) tools as changes are required

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT management or any other relevant field
- At least three years of IT experience
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation and keep it updated
- Proficient with MS 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and agile development methods
- Knowledge of analysis methodologies
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad
- Advanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients within Québec
