The Role
They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives across TikTok Shop and their Shopify-powered website. This position is suited to a performance-driven marketer with hands-on experience scaling campaigns, optimizing acquisition funnels, and increasing customer lifetime value. In this role, the individual will oversee both paid and organic strategies, with a strong emphasis on TikTok growth, conversion optimization, and retention. They will also provide leadership to a junior team member, ensuring consistent alignment between social, influencer, and paid campaigns.
The Responsibilities
- Build and scale TikTok Shop marketing strategy and oversee execution of campaigns.
- Drive growth on the Shopify website, including conversion optimization, upselling, retention, and performance marketing.
- Mentor and manage a Social Media Coordinator, guiding organic content, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and new product launches.
- Oversee paid acquisition channels, including TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with creators to produce user-generated content and high-converting TikTok assets.
- Analyze site performance, customer behavior, and campaign metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo, including automated flows and A/B testing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches, inventory, and brand messaging.
- Research and adopt emerging tools, trends, and best practices in D2C growth marketing.
The Requirements
- 3+ years of e-commerce marketing experience with proven success in TikTok Shop and D2C Shopify growth.
- Demonstrated ability to scale TikTok Shop revenue to significant levels.
- Strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize) and testing methodologies.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior marketers.
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with an eye for branding, social storytelling, and content strategy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a self-starter mentality.
