What you will do:
- Communicate with the technicians to ensure job is done properly.
- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Help find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and returning phone messages promptly.
For this role, come equipped with:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of our Reynolds and Reynolds system is a definite asset.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Note - a valid driver's license is required for this position.

It all started in 1942 when Gordon Myers took over the original General Motors Dealership in Ottawa, located on Slater Street. As Ottawa grew, so did Myers, and we opened larger lots to accommodate the growing demand for reliable vehicle sales and service.

Each owner has continued this commitment to Ottawa, from our founder and namesake to Hank Mews, who took the wheel in 1975, and his sons Harry and Rob, the current owners.
