About the role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven multitasker to support our busy Culinary team. As our Culinary Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone behind the scenes, handling scheduling, payroll coordination, inventory systems, and ordering, while helping the team meet financial goals and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
-
Assist with weekly Culinary schedules and coordinate hours with Payroll
-
Maintain and reconcile inventory systems, order food, beverage, and kitchen supplies along with Chef
-
Track costs and work with leadership to meet financial targets
-
Support health, safety, and sanitation standards
-
Assist with Storage and distribute weekly food and beverage deliveries along
-
Assist with keep fridges clean and organized; monitor temperature checks
-
Monitor sufficient cleaning chemicals and supplies for kitchen and dish areas
-
Coordinate preventative cleaning and maintenance of kitchen spaces and equipment with maintenance and culinary department.

Assist with other related duties to support the team’s success
What You Bring
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills
-
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
-
Hospitality or culinary industry experience is an asset
-
Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork skills
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
-
Able to safely lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties (e.g. storing and distributing deliveries)
