Position Description
The Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto invites applications for the Munk Chair in Global China. The successful candidate will be a scholar of international relations, political economy, or a related field, with a focus on China.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct research and publish in leading academic journals.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Global China.
- Supervise graduate students and contribute to the academic community.
- Engage with policy-makers and practitioners in the field.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD in a relevant field.
- A strong record of research and publication.
- Experience in teaching at the university level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with China.
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences.

- The position is expected to start in July 2024.
