Plan and execute verification/validation testing, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of field and lab issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions. Support advanced manufacturing equipment and robotics: commissioning, process improvements, and uptime/throughput optimization. Provide hands-on support during prototype builds, pilot runs, and production launches; create documentation and train technicians/operators as needed. Drive continuous improvement through standardization, design-for-manufacture/service, and lessons learned.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. P.Eng. Working knowledge of machine safety concepts (risk assessment, safety circuits, interlocks) and relevant standards. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with HVAC systems, EC motors, VFDs, and motor controls Robotics integration experience (e.g., FANUC/ABB/KUKA/Universal Robots), motion control, and/or vision systems.
