Job summary
The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:
- Stocking merchandise on to shelves.
- Comfortable with technology, shelf capacities, and locating system.
- Accountable to proper presentation standards.
- Ongoing facing & aisle maintenance throughout shift.
- Leave aisles swept, tidy, and free of all debris.
Requirements / Skills
- This position follows a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off, with 10.5-hour shifts. Candidates must be available for overnight shifts as part of the rotation.
- For hours worked beyond 8 per shift, you will be paid the applicable time-and-a-half overtime rate.
- Physically fit – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A minimum of one year retail experience in a similar big box store
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving work environment
- Very comfortable with technology
- Ability to complete detail-oriented retail tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals
- Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic
