About the role
Brandt is currently seeking a detailed oriented and proactive Settlements Clerk for its Regina, SK, Head Office location. The Settlements Clerk is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales including account reconciliations and special reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and review paperwork on sales from branches across Canada
- Ensure program discounts from manufacturers are calculated accurately and maximized
- Complete equipment registration and warranty purchases on supplier’s web-based portals
- Review and update costings on equipment
- Post and balance accruals on equipment
- Invoicing of sales to customers
- Updating of sales database
- Receipting of trades into inventory
- G/L account reconciliations
- Review and validate salesman commission

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines along with attention to detail and accuracy. This is a multi-faceted position which will require a moderate understanding of accounting skills and a critical thinker. Alongside these assets, you will also display the following:

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
