Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation - Job Description: This role involves supporting year-end compensation activities within a highly motivated and technical team. The candidate will work on optimizing business processes and enhancing the Workday platform to improve employee experiences.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation - Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for the design, delivery, configuration, testing, and support of the Workday application.
- Collaborate with partners across HR, business groups, and vendors to deliver system changes and maintenance activities.
- Consult and advise on Workday functionality and system experience design.
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation - Mandatory Skills:
- 5 years' experience with Workday, including troubleshooting issues.
- Extensive Workday configuration knowledge.
- Workday Certification.
- Familiarity with Workday Advanced Compensation, including initiating the Compensation Review process.
- Strong Excel skills, including troubleshooting calculations and mass uploads using v-lookups and basic formulas.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- General Workday system knowledge.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Consultative mindset.
- Strong written skills.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation – Assignment Length: The contract is 6 months to start.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation - Start Date: ASAP.
Business Consultant - Workday Advanced Compensation - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day per week in the office with flexibility for remote work.
