As of January 1, 2026, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy credit unions have merged into one provincial credit union serving over 200,000 members in 57 branches across 50 Saskatchewan communities.

The Bigger Picture… We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our Melville branch as a full time Member Service Representative II (MSR II). This full-time opportunity is a permanent position. How You’ll Be Spending Your Time

  • Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to improve their financial well-being and build rapport.
  • Providing a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as opening up memberships and deposit accounts, including terms, RRSP’s and TFSA’s.
  • Promoting and offering credit union products and services and, when appropriate referring members to Financial Service Advisors to further develop relationships.
  • Following internal policies, procedures and processes; all the while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Identifying suspicious transactions or interactions and responding appropriately.

The Experience You Bring

  • Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position.
  • Experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
