The Project Coordinator - Construction will play a key role in supporting project management activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery in the light industrial building construction industry. Description

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress and address potential challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team and management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all project activities.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the construction department.

Profile

A successful Project Coordinator - Construction should have:

  • A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in coordinating construction projects in a light industrial buildings general contracting company.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
