About the role
Responsibilities: ● Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns ● Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels ● Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria ● Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team ● Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms ● Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows ● Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed ● Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion ● Share insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and messaging performance ● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline contribution targets Requirements: ● 1–3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound prospecting ● Experience using CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, SmartLead, 11x, or similar tools ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to handle high-volume lead engagement in a structured environment ● Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail ● Good understanding of lead qualification and handoff processes ● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
