We’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist for a fast-growing, venture-backed company focused on delivering a better experience within a highly impactful sector. This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful role at the intersection of data, creativity, and growth marketing, where you’ll help define how the brand captures attention, engages customers, and drives conversion across multiple digital channels.
This is not a traditional creative role focused purely on execution. The company is looking for a strategic, hands-on builder who can combine performance insights with creative thinking to develop and test new ideas at scale. You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative roadmap, running experiments, and uncovering what resonates most with customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, lifecycle, and paid acquisition, while partnering with leadership to influence overall growth strategy. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing Experience developing and scaling high-performing creative across digital channels Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads) Experience leading or collaborating closely with creative production teams Proven track record of testing, iterating, and scaling successful creative campaigns Ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative strategies Experience working in startup or high-growth environments Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights Deep understanding of customer motivation, personas, and conversion drivers
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, or conversion funnels Familiarity with creative and workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, or similar platforms) Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or high-growth digital businesses Proven ability to drive conversion growth within CAC targets Experience conducting market, competitor, and customer research Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor
