Oakville INFINITI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join our premier Fixed Operations team. As a flagship, newly renovated facility—the only one of its kind in Canada—we are committed to providing a luxury service experience that reflects the INFINITI brand promise.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both technical expertise and elevated customer service to every guest interaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival
Schedule service appointments and generate accurate work orders
Translate technician findings into clear, luxury-level communication for guests
Advocate for services based on vehicle needs—not just routine menu items
Ensure service approvals and proper documentation are maintained
Keep guests informed throughout the service process with timely updates
Review final service reports and charges with clarity and transparency
Coordinate effectively with technicians and the parts team to ensure workflow efficiency
Follow up post-service to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty
Support the team with front-end service operations as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting (luxury brand experience is an asset)
Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to multitask in a boutique, high-volume service environment
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements
Experience with dealership CRM systems (ERA/Reynolds preferred)
Professional demeanour with a commitment to client satisfaction
Prior INFINITI or luxury brand exposure is considered a strong asset
Evening and Saturday availability as part of a rotating schedule
