Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Westboro, Ottawa, ON Clinic: Integrity Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team in Ottawa. At Integrity Physiotherapy & Pelvic Health, we focus on a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care, treating the whole person to help them move and feel better. Flexible Scheduling: Full-time or part-time hours available to suit your lifestyle. Turnkey Practice: Full administrative and reception support, online booking, billing, and all necessary supplies provided. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced physiotherapists in a beautiful clinic spaces. Competitive Compensation: Split-fee or hourly structure based on experience, plus paid administrative time where applicable.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy assessments and customized treatment plans. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely electronic clinical charts. Educate clients on home care, self-care routines, and remedial exercise. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Active professional liability insurance. Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset. Experience or interest in pelvic health, chronic pain, or perinatal care is an asset, but not required.
