Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Office Clerk at our Administration Office location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Financial Analyst, responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
  • Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Process data and file associated records according to department standards.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • You have your high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary in Office Administration would be considered an asset.
  • You must be able to balance multiple priorities with minimum direction producing high quality work while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • You are proactive and self motivated to approach tasks and problem solve.
  • You are meticulous, thorough, and precise in your work and possess basic accounting skills.
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel; experience in JD Edwards would be considered an asset.
  • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
