What's the opportunity?
As we continue to grow we are seeking to add a business development representative to our Toronto team to help us dominate the market and capture more market share. This is an outbound sales role that will include cold calling, door knocking, and nurturing of potential leads. Combined with a lucrative trailing commission structure, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to property managers across the GTA
- Conduct research on property manager and other key client personnel
- Identify and target potential prospects
- Meet with property managers onsite and get all relevant details for estimating
- Create and update sales presentations in preparation for meetings
- Negotiate service agreements
- Maintain and update data in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensure there is a smooth handoff and onboarding of clients
Skills you should have:
- Provably B2B sales track record
- Strong knowledge of downtown Toronto and wider GTA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional rapport and relationship-building skills
- Landscape and Snow removal Industry experience not required but would be an asset

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hours + lucrative trailing commissions on every sale
Location: Toronto
This is not a virtual role. While some work from home is permitted, this is a boots on the ground role that will require regular meetings with clients across the GTA to prospect and close deals. Additionally, to help ensure smooth handoffs between sales and operations, it will be required to be present onsite at one of our service centers 2-3 days per week.
