We're seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated, and meticulous CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and refining CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products, and as such, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, focusing primarily on multi-axis milling machines. Translate engineering designs and requirements into a G-code program, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and models to determine the best method of fabrication. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of the CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process. Continually monitor and adjust the CNC program as needed to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all CNC programs and modifications. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and advancements. Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC programming role within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in G-code programming and CAD software is essential. Experience with multi-axis milling machines is required. A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control procedures. Exceptional technical and mechanical skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development. A degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology, is preferred.
