In this role, reporting to the Americas Chief Accountant, you will oversee U.S. entity accounting, including financial statements, period-end closings, consolidation support, tax compliance, process optimization, and audit assistance.

Missions
- Préparer et superviser l'ensemble des activités comptables aux États‑Unis.
- Produire des états financiers précis conformément aux normes US GAAP et aux standards comptables du Groupe.
- Assurer l'intégration fiable et ponctuelle des données financières pour les besoins de consolidation.
- Préparer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
- Veiller au respect des obligations fiscales locales et des exigences légales en matière de reporting.
- Optimiser et harmoniser les processus comptables selon les meilleures pratiques du Groupe.
- Collaborer avec les auditeurs internes et externes.

- Prepare and supervise all accounting activities across USA,
- Produce accurate financial statements in line with US GAAP and Group accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and reliable financial data integration for consolidation purposes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and legal reporting obligations.
- Optimize and harmonize accounting processes in line with Group best practices.
- Help with internal and external auditors.
Profil du candidat
- Diplôme en comptabilité/finance et titre CPA.
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement en cabinet Big Four ou dans un environnement international multi‑entités.
- Excellente maîtrise des normes comptables locales (GAAP) ou IFRS et des politiques comptables corporatives.
- Aisance avec les systèmes comptables et les ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Profil analytique, rigoureux et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

- Degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in in accounting, in big4 ou in a multi-entity, international environment.
- Strong command of local GAAP or IFRS and corporate accounting policies.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
