- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure project timelines are met.

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers.

Profile
A successful Site Superintendent - Sewer and Watermain should have:
- Professional designation as P.Eng or CET.
- Proven experience in sewer and watermain construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Organizational skills for managing project schedules and resources effectively.
