About the role
The Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Madrina Bar y Tapas, and Distillery Events are seeking warm and energetic people to serve up great food and a cup of good cheer during our busiest time of the year! Our Support Servers will ensure that every customer feels welcome and experiences a smooth service throughout their visit.
Vacancy Status: This position is for an existing, open vacancy. Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) in our recruitment/selection process. These positions will end in January 2027.
The Distillery Restaurant Corp. offers
$17.60 per hour, plus tips In-house dining perks A dynamic culture that encourages and rewards the entrepreneurial spirit Bold and lively work environments The chance to work alongside the best team in the city What you will be doing as a Support: Assist with food running, ensure that plates arrive at the proper guest. Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services when necessary. Inspect all tables for proper mise en place, cleanliness and completeness. Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required.
What we would like you to bring to the restaurant
EXPERIENCE. Minimum one (1) year experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required as training will be provided. POSITIVITY! You're a bubbly person who enjoys connecting with others. TEAM SPIRIT. You enjoy working with others toward a common goal, taking the lead or providing support for the good of the team.
