you’ll
be part of**
As a
SAP Consultant, Compensation Module
, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
-
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactor
Talent Acquisition (
Compensation
& Onboarding) modules based on business requirements
-
Assist in developing functional specification for developments
-
Assisting in testing process (developing and
maintaining
test scripts and scenarios)
in order to
discover errors and issues in business processes,
documentation
or user's lack of experience
-
Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end user
**Experiences and skills
you’ll
use to solve**
-
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Compensation
& Onboarding) configuration
-
Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
-
Experience leading client workshops, working with the cloud implementation methodology,
and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel and Project
-
Ability to interpret business requirements/problems, provide clear recommendations,
collaborate, and communicate with clients
-
Creation of documentation and training materials, k
nowledge transfer to clients, and training of super users
-
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
-
