We are seeking an Appraiser to join our team in Moose Jaw. In this role, you will examine and evaluate vehicle condition and damage, determine repair costs or total loss values, and provide clear, accurate appraisals that support timely and fair claim outcomes. This position plays a critical role in balancing technical expertise, sound judgment, and customer‑focused communication.

You will work closely with customers, adjusters, internal partners, and repair facilities, using both your industry knowledge and digital estimating tools to deliver high‑quality, consistent results in a fast‑paced environment.

Typically, these skills are gained through a Journeyperson Certification in Motor Vehicle Body Repair , and 5 – 7 years of directly related industry experience . This role also requires possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Effort and Environment: Majority of time spent in a typical work environment with occasional and/or mild exposure to unpleasant conditions which may include noise and noxious odours, and light physical effort which may include climbing ladders and light lifting. Driving within city limits and/or some long-distance highway driving

Sensory Attention: Occasional periods of concentration is required.

Mental Stress: Moderate exposure to one or more mental pressures.
