We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative who’s ready to bring our coffee to even more customers and grow with us.

Working within an assigned territory from Victoria up to Duncan (and sometimes Ladysmith) you are accountable for the development of new business and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio.
As a consultative sales professional, you employ a way of thinking that inspires, challenges, and helps people find innovative solutions while creating opportunities out of problems and recommend product-related solutions.
As a business partner, you collaborate across the business to facilitate the successful processing and management of customer accounts ensuring a routinely exceptional customer experience.
You have:
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience within foodservice; coffee industry experience would be a strong asset
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets
- College diploma and/or relevant sales and/or marketing courses or equivalent, with food service/direct sales to customers preferred
- Experience monitoring, measuring, and improving sales performance
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- A valid driver’s license, own vehicle and the ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience and/or interest in learning about basic equipment maintenance (brewers, espresso machines, grinders etc.)

Canterbury Coffee began in 1981 as a micro roaster in Richmond, BC. When we opened our doors, we roasted only 100% Arabica coffees - a decision that still stands today.
The company's core business is the roasting, packaging and sale of specialty grade coffees and related beverage products to the foodservice, coffee house and grocery segments through a network of Canterbury operated sales and distribution branches and a number of authorized distributors across Canada.
