We’re looking for a Data Center Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure optimal performance of our critical infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced technologies, a fast-paced team environment, and clear pathways for career growth. What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on support, coaching, and direction to Data Center staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Track and prioritize old dates, hot deals, and ad statuses to maintain efficient flow through the Distribution Centre.
- Manage and process key reports (e.g., Daily Stats, MCS) while partnering with Planning to escalate critical data issues.
- Oversee ticket flow and data entry activities to meet production targets and maintain associate productivity.
- Support system testing, WMI enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining supply levels and backup coverage.
About You:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data entry role.
Familiarity with Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services.

Completion of OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent.

Intermediate computer skills, including:

Windows and MS Office (spreadsheets, word processing, email)

Mainframe applications such as IMSP and SCAN

Strong keyboarding proficiency
-
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively.

Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative and independent work style.

Demonstrated leadership and customer service abilities, including guiding teams and supporting goal achievement.
