The CFO Centre is expanding our team in the Central Ontario region and is looking for experienced finance leaders who are passionate about helping businesses grow. This is a self-employed, portfolio-based role (not a salaried position). While lead generation and business development are supported through our regional and central teams, success in this role requires a proactive approach to relationship-building and contributing to the growth of your client portfolio.

Become Part of Our Portfolio CFO Team You’ll work with ambitious, growing businesses—typically $2M–$100M in revenue—helping owners and leaders navigate their biggest challenges and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for someone who just wants a job. You’ll be a: Proven CFO (5+ years at CFO level) Strategic, commercial and hands-on Strong relationship builder with credibility and gravitas Well connected in the Greater Vancouver market Self-starter with energy, ambition and a “can-do” mindset

Experience In Areas Such As: Business growth and exits Cash flow and profit improvement Strategic planning M&A and funding KPI reporting, systems, and controls Risk and compliance
Requirements CPA, CMA (or equivalent) MBA (asset) Strong commercial mindset within a supported model Ability to support yourself financially during the ramp-up phase
What You Can Expect
Flexible working model (~3 days/week minimum) Flexible working arrangement (remote, hybrid, or in-region) Income potential up to $275,000 (portfolio dependent)
